We are putting the final touches on our "Short & Sweet" September Challenge! In this challenge, all of our workouts will be under 20 minutes in length. You heard me right- 20 minutes or less, so no excuses! Fitness challenges are the perfect way to jump start your fitness goals or help get over any plateaus you may be experiencing. If you follow our challenges and give it your all, we guarantee results!
