Our first week of the Swimsuit Season Countdown is coming to an end. How are you doing so far? Keeping to your goal? Adding a little extra to your workouts? Staying on track? Whether big or small, making changes to our daily routine can be tough. Keep pushing through, it will be worth it! 

Small change #4- Try something new

Are you a creature of habit? No worries, we all tend to get into a rut that feels safe and comfortable. But, sometimes we need to mix it up, try something new, and challenge our bodies and minds! Don't get me wrong, if I learned one thing from years of sport, it is that repetition is key. However, variety keeps fitness fun and exciting! Have you hit a plateau in your weight loss or fitness goals? This may be the small change you need to recharge and reach your ultimate goal. So, get out there and change it up every now and then!

Today's video is a perfect example of trying something new. Stairs. There is a reason we all love elevators. Stairs are not easy, but they are also an incredible workout for the entire body! Take advantage of this free workout equipment! Stairs are everywhere, or even better, get some fresh air and head to the local ball park and use the bleachers!

  • 1 minute 3 forward 1 back
  • 1 minute calf raises
  • 1 minute right uneven squats
  • 1 minute left uneven squats
