Elite athletes set goals. Fortune 500 companies set goals. All successful people rely on goals, so why would you begin any endeavor without first setting a goal? Before you start, the most important part of goal-setting is to ensure your goal is attainable. Begin small. "I would like to look better in my jeans" or "I would like to finish an entire workout without having to stop." By creating small, realistic goals, you increase your chance of success!
Write your goal down and place it somewhere visible- bathroom mirror, refrigerator door- anywhere that you will see it everyday. This one small thing is the beginning of a new you! Let the countdown begin!
