No Time?

Yesterday, I ran into this little ditty on the internet. It made me giggle. But, it also made me think. How dare we make excuses for not having time to complete important tasks.

I am just as guilty as the rest. The other day I spent a good half of the morning getting, what appeared to be, nothing done. I checked my emails, caught up on Facebook, watched a TV show I had recorded the night before, and did a load of laundry. Before I knew it, I was out of time and would have to squeeze in a workout at the gym before I began classes. Luckily, I have an entire library of workouts I like to call, "Short and Sweet!" All are under 15 minutes, so no more excuses! 

Take a moment and prioritize your to-do list. You do have time to prepare a healthy meal, you do have time to workout, and you do have time to call your mother! Start your week off right and finish the tasks that will make you a better person, both inside and out. The rest can wait...
