Work Hard, Stay Humble

Not all of our goals are fitness-related, in fact, my biggest priority right now is work. An incredible opportunity lies ahead of me, but I am going to have to work hard. I am definitely the underdog.

When all odds are stacked against you, that is when you vow to never be out-worked! There is no room for lazy. Dog it, day in and day out, until you succeed!

Throughout it all, stay humble. It is through humility, you will not slack in your hard work. Through humility, you will remember where you started and where you dream to be. Work hard, stay humble.

  • 10 Plate Punches
  • 10 Bent Over Rows
  • 10 Overhead Presses
  • 10 Over Right Shoulder
  • 10 Over Left Shoulder
  • 10 Right Circles
  • 10 Left Circles
  • 10 Front Squats
